Andrew F. Cooper is a professor and author with an expertise in global governance; the proliferation of regional institutionalism; conventional and unconventional diplomacy; summit forums including the G20 and the BRICS; as well as the reshaping of the international hierarchy.

Andrew received his Doctorate from Oxford University, and has been a Visiting scholar at Harvard University, Australian National University, Stellenbosch University, SAIS John-Hopkins, and the Léger Fellow, Policy Staff, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Canada.

He has had commentaries, and/or been interviewed in Financial Times, Business Day (South Africa), Al Jazeera, Globe and Mail, Daily Yomiuri, Far Eastern Economic Review, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and more.
